The Urbn-Living Double Wall Travel Mug is designed for daily commuters and busy professionals who need a reliable way to enjoy hot beverages on the go. Its primary benefit is a double-walled construction that effectively retains heat, while its 450ml capacity provides enough volume for a standard morning coffee or tea. A notable caveat is that the mug is not dishwasher safe and requires manual hand washing to maintain the integrity of the finish and insulation.

No, this mug is hand wash only to protect its insulation and exterior finish.
The lid is designed for easy sipping, but it is not intended to be fully leak-proof when placed inside a bag or tipped over.
Yes, the double-walled design is effective at maintaining both hot and cold temperatures.
With a 9cm diameter, it is compatible with most standard automotive cup holders.
While the band is designed to be a permanent grip feature, it can be carefully slid off for thorough cleaning if necessary.
The mug measures 17cm in height.
Ensure the screw-on lid is aligned correctly with the threads before tightening. Cross-threading can prevent a proper seal.
Use a long-handled bottle brush to reach the base of the 17cm tall container without scratching the interior.
To begin using your mug, ensure the screw-on lid is tightened firmly before each use to maximize thermal retention. The mug is designed for standard beverage temperatures; avoid using it for boiling liquids immediately after they are removed from the kettle to prevent accidental burns. Regarding care, the mug is strictly hand wash only. Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to clean the interior and exterior. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads, as these can damage the silicone grip and the exterior finish. Always allow the mug to dry completely with the lid off to prevent moisture buildup inside the double-wall space.
