This Airvent Axial Extractor Fan is designed for operation in conjunction with the room light switch. The fan starts when the light is switched on and continues to run for a pre-set period (adjustable from 3 to 20 minutes) after the light is switched off. It requires a permanent live, neutral, and switched live connection (3 wires, excluding earth) at the fan position for correct operation. Airvent is part of the Vent Axia group. This model features an automatic slow opening/closing backdraught shutter. It has an extraction rate of 24 litres per second or 88 cubic metres per hour and a power consumption of 20W. The fan has a noise level of 32dBA, a fan speed of 2500rpm, and is IPX4 rated (splashproof). It is suitable for 4"" (100mm) ducting and can be wall/ceiling or window mounted. Wall and window kits are available separately. The modern casing measures approximately 6"" x 6"", and it operates on 220 - 240V AC 50Hz.
