The Clairefontaine Europa Minor notebook is perfect for students, professionals, and avid journalers who require a portable, high-quality writing surface for daily note-taking. Its primary benefit is the combination of premium 90gsm paper and a lay-flat wire binding that ensures a comfortable writing experience anywhere; however, the compact 127 x 76mm size may be too small for those who prefer long-form writing or large handwriting.

Yes, the 90gsm paper is high quality and designed to handle most fountain pen inks without bleeding or feathering.
No, these notebooks are not perforated, so removing pages should be done with care at the wire-bound edge to avoid damaging the spine.
This product comes in a convenient pack of 10 notebooks.
They feature a durable card cover that provides sufficient protection while remaining flexible enough for portability.
The notebooks measure 127 x 76mm, making them ideal for pocket transport.
Yes, each page is feint ruled to help maintain neat lines of text.
The premium paper coating can be smooth; allow 5-10 seconds for standard gel or fountain pen ink to set before turning the page.
Gently apply pressure to the wire loops with pliers to reshape them, being careful not to scratch the coating.
These notebooks require no special setup; they are ready for immediate use upon arrival. To ensure the longevity of your Europa Minor notebooks, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture, which can compromise the paper texture or cause the wire binding to rust. When using fountain pens, it is recommended to test the ink flow on the back page first, although the 90gsm paper is generally highly compatible with most common ink types. For long-term preservation of your notes, store the notebooks vertically or stacked neatly to prevent the covers from bending over time.
