Troubleshooting
Paper tearing during wrapping
Ensure you are using sharp scissors for clean cuts. Fold edges neatly and use tape judiciously to secure folds. If the paper is consistently tearing, check that it is being stored flat and not creased, which can weaken the paper fibers.
Tape not adhering well
Ensure the surface of the wrapping paper is clean and dry. Try using a different type of clear tape, as some adhesive tapes may not stick as effectively to certain paper finishes.
Gift tags are missing
Carefully check all packaging materials, as the gift tags are often included within the rolled sheets of wrapping paper or attached discreetly. If still missing, contact customer support.
