Troubleshooting

Assembly is difficult or parts are missing.

Refer to the assembly instructions and contact the manufacturer's after-sales support team. They typically respond within 24 hours and can provide assistance or replacement parts.

The rattan appears to be fraying or damaged.

Inspect the area closely. Minor wear can sometimes be addressed by carefully tucking loose ends. For significant damage, contact customer support for potential solutions or replacement parts.

Cushions are getting wet despite minor rain.

Ensure cushions are stored indoors or under a proper rain cover when not in use, especially during prolonged wet periods, to prevent waterlogging and potential mold.

The color does not match expectations.

Note that color differences may occur due to lighting or monitor settings. As per manufacturer policy, returns due to color discrepancies may not be accepted.

Table glass is not stable.

Ensure the suckers on the underside of the glass are clean and properly attached to the glass and the table surface. They are designed to prevent sliding.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Items come flat-packed and require assembly. Ensure you have a clear space for assembly. Follow the included instructions carefully to connect the frame pieces and attach the rattan elements. The galvanized steel frames have a powder coating to prevent rust.

Compatibility:

This set is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It's suitable for patios, balconies, gardens, and conservatories. Ensure the intended location can accommodate the full dimensions of the assembled set.

Care:

  • Frame & Rattan: Wipe the PE rattan and steel frame with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Cushions: The cushion covers are removable and washable according to their care labels. It is recommended to keep cushions indoors or use a rain cover when not in use, especially during wet weather or for long periods.
  • Glass Tops: Clean the tempered glass tabletops with glass cleaner or a damp cloth. Use the provided suckers to ensure the glass is securely in place.
  • Protection: For extended periods of non-use or harsh weather, consider covering the entire furniture set with a suitable waterproof cover.
