Troubleshooting
Doll does not spit, cry, or tinkle when fed.
Ensure the doll's mouth is properly positioned over the bottle and that the bottle is filled with water. Check that the doll's mechanism is not blocked. Try a different accessory if available.
Doll is difficult to dress.
Gently maneuver the doll's limbs to make dressing easier. Ensure the correct outfit is being used, as each is designed for a specific doll.
Accessories do not fit properly.
Verify that the accessories belong to the correct doll and series. Mini doll accessories are often designed to fit snugly.
Missing a surprise item.
Carefully re-examine all layers of the packaging, as small items can sometimes be hidden. If an item is confirmed missing, contact customer support for the manufacturer.
