FAQs
Is this mug microwave safe?
While the ceramic material is high quality, we recommend checking your specific unit for any metallic accents or special finishes; generally, standard ceramics are microwave safe, but hand-painted items are best treated with care.
How large is the capacity?
The mug has a 9cm diameter and 9cm height. It is designed for standard beverage portions rather than large-capacity servings.
Are the handles sturdy?
Yes, the handle is integrated into the ceramic molding, providing a secure grip, though it should be handled with the care required for any fine ceramic drinkware.
Will my mug look exactly like the one in the photo?
Because each mug is hand-painted, no two pieces are identical. Your mug will have its own individual character.
What is the best way to store this mug?
Due to its unique handle shape, we recommend storing it on a shelf or using a sturdy mug tree that accommodates handle size variations.
Troubleshooting
Visible variations in the painting
These are intended characteristics of the hand-painted process and indicate your piece is unique.
Water spots after dishwashing
Use a gentle rinse aid in your dishwasher or dry the mug immediately with a soft cloth to maintain the ceramic's finish.
Pros and Cons

- Each piece is individually hand-painted
- Dishwasher safe for easy maintenance
- Distinctive conversation starter

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because this is a ceramic product, no complex setup is required. Before first use, it is recommended to rinse the mug with warm water and mild soap. While the mug is dishwasher safe, hand washing can help preserve the vibrancy of the hand-painted flamingo details over a longer period. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could scratch the surface finish. Always place the mug securely in the dishwasher racks to prevent knocking against other hard ceramic items.
