Troubleshooting
Item arrives with noticeable knots or grain variations.
These variations are natural characteristics of Suar wood and are not considered defects. Each piece is handmade and unique.
The color or pattern differs slightly from the online image.
This is expected due to the natural material and handmade process. The received item will be unique in its coloration and grain.
Difficulty in hanging the item securely.
Ensure you are using wall fixings appropriate for your wall type (e.g., plaster, drywall, masonry). Consult a hardware store or professional if unsure.
Wood surface appears dry or dull.
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If a slight sheen is desired, use a very small amount of natural wood oil specifically designed for hardwood, applied sparingly with a cloth, and buff well. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
