Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Installation requires a concealed cistern and flushing mechanism, which are sold separately. The toilet pan itself is designed to be fitted flush against a wall or into a stud-frame, allowing the cistern and pipework to be hidden. Professional plumbing installation is highly recommended due to the nature of concealed systems. Ensure the chosen cistern is compatible with the toilet's flushing mechanism and water supply.
Compatibility: The toilet pan is compatible with standard UK plumbing systems. The toilet seat has hole centers ranging from 110mm to 250mm, accommodating most standard cisterns. Ensure your chosen cistern is suitable for a back-to-wall installation.
Care: Clean the ceramic pan regularly using a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. For the soft-close seat, use a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scouring pads, which can damage the gloss finish and seat material. The quick-release hinges allow the seat to be removed for more thorough cleaning.
