The B2C 2650ml Glass Jars are ideal for home cooks, gardeners, and pantry organizers who require large-capacity, durable vessels for preserving harvests or managing bulk dry goods. These jars provide an excellent airtight seal to maintain freshness for jams, pickles, and sauces; however, due to their significant 900g weight and large diameter, they may be difficult to store in shallow kitchen cupboards.

Yes, provided you follow standard safe canning procedures, these glass jars are suitable for preserve storage.
The lids are designed for food storage, but it is recommended to keep them dry to prevent long-term corrosion.
The jars use an FI 100 lid size, which provides a wide opening of approximately 100mm.
It is not recommended to freeze items in glass jars if they are filled to the top, as liquid expansion can cause the glass to crack.
While the glass is fully dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand-washing the lids to preserve the seal.
Check the rim of the glass jar for any food residue or chips that might prevent a flush seal. Ensure the lid is not cross-threaded.
Run the edge of the lid under warm water for a few seconds to expand the metal slightly, then attempt to twist.
To ensure the longevity of your jars, always wash them with warm soapy water before first use. If using for canning or heat-processing, ensure the glass is brought to temperature gradually to avoid thermal shock. When securing the FI 100 lid, turn clockwise until you feel resistance to ensure the airtight seal is engaged. The jars are dishwasher-safe, but the lids should ideally be hand-washed to maintain the integrity of the internal seal liner. Avoid using abrasive sponges on the glass to prevent surface scratches that could weaken the material over time.
