The car seats are suitable from birth. Please refer to the specific product manual or specifications for the exact weight and height limits for each car seat stage.

Can I use the ISOFIX bases in any car?

The ISOFIX bases are designed for vehicles equipped with ISOFIX anchorage points. It's essential to check your car's manual to confirm compatibility and the correct installation procedure.

Does this bundle include the stroller frame?

Yes, this bundle is a travel system and includes the necessary components to function as a travel system, typically including the stroller frame, car seats, and ISOFIX bases.

How do I activate the 360-degree rotation?

The rotation feature is usually activated by a release button or lever on the ISOFIX base itself. Consult your base's user manual for precise instructions on how to operate the rotation mechanism.

What accessories are included in the Wildwood Special Edition?

Troubleshooting

Car seat not clicking securely onto the ISOFIX base.

Ensure the car seat is correctly aligned with the base and push down firmly until a clear click is heard. Check the base and seat for any obstructions.

ISOFIX base support leg is not stable.

Adjust the support leg to its maximum length until it firmly contacts the vehicle floor. Ensure the base is tightly secured to the ISOFIX points.

Rotation mechanism feels stiff or stuck.

Check for any debris or foreign objects obstructing the rotation. Gently try to move the mechanism back and forth. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or customer support.

Car seat harness is difficult to adjust.

Ensure the harness is not twisted. Press the harness release button fully while adjusting the straps. Check for any tangled webbing.
