Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free of loose paint, dirt, and debris.
- Lightly sand the area to be repaired to improve adhesion.
- Application:
- Apply the filler using a filling knife or spatula, pressing firmly into the damaged area.
- Remove any excess filler, ensuring the surface is level.
- Drying & Sanding:
- Allow the filler to dry for approximately three hours.
- Sand the surface smooth, using fine-grit sandpaper.
- Painting/Staining:
- Once sanded, the filled area is ready to be painted or stained.
- Follow the paint or stain manufacturer's instructions for application.
