Yes, a Viculii hypoallergenic ECO fibre core mattress is included with the cot bed.
Check the runners for debris or misalignment and ensure the drawer is fully seated on the track.
Go back and ensure all structural bolts are tightened evenly and the cot is placed on a level floor surface.
Assembly requires a standard set of household tools and should be performed on a soft surface to avoid scuffing the Cashmere finish. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during initial assembly and periodically checked as part of your maintenance routine. To clean the wooden frame, simply wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive chemicals. The included mattress cover is fully removable and machine washable at 60 degrees Celsius to effectively eliminate allergens. Ensure the mattress cover is completely dry before reattaching it to the ECO fibre core.
