Troubleshooting

Bench appears faded or discolored.

Ensure the bench is cleaned regularly with mild soap and water. While UV-resistant, prolonged extreme sun exposure can eventually impact color over many years. Consider moving the bench to a location with partial shade if fading is a concern.

Surface scratches or marks are visible.

Clean the affected area gently with a non-abrasive cleaner. Minor scuffs can often be buffed out with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive pads or harsh scrubbing tools.

Water pools on the seat after rain.

The perforated design is intended to allow water to pass through. Ensure the perforations are not blocked by debris. If water still pools, check that the bench is placed on a level surface; slight tilting can help drainage.
