This is a brand new twin axle ATV trailer kit, featuring four 20x10.00-8 wheels with Wanda (Journey) tyres, pattern P332. Each tyre has a 4-ply rating, a load capacity of 545kgs at 22 PSI, a height of 500mm and a width of 240mm. The tread depth is 7.1mm, speed rating is A4 (20km/h) and they are E Marked road legal (E4-106R-003460). The rims are solid steel, heavy duty with 100mm PCD stud spacing and a 60mm centre hole diameter. The kit includes four 40mm x 40mm hub and stub axles from 'Steelpress Production', manufactured in the EU. These high-speed road legal axles are rated up to 80mp/h (130km/h) and feature sealed precision ball bearings that require no greasing. The hubs have 4 x M12 studs with 100mm PCD. The square shaft is 40x40mm, 125mm long with rounded edges. A heavy duty steel swivel tow hitch with 360-degree rotation is also included. This hitch fits over a 50x50mm box section with mounting holes 75mm apart, suitable for M12 bolts, and has an overall length of 440mm with a maximum load of 1700kg. The swivel function is for off-road use only, up to a maximum of 20km/h. The grass tyre design maximizes load capacity while protecting turf. The hubs are maintenance-free and fully waterproof. The maximum kit weight capacity is 1800kgs for off-road use.
