Do I need to buy a separate mount for this case?

Yes, this is a universal phone case designed to attach to an Oxford CLIQR mount, which is sold separately.

Is the screen completely waterproof?

The case features a water-resistant screen, providing protection against splashes and light rain. It is not designed for submersion in water.

Can I use my phone's charging cable with this case?

Yes, the case has a cable port that allows you to connect your phone's charging lead to keep it powered while mounted.

How does the case attach to the mount?

The case uses Oxford's CLIQR dual-locking, fail-safe mechanism to securely attach to any compatible CLIQR mount.

Can I use the case with a very thick phone or a phone in a thick protective case?

The case has a maximum thickness of 20mm, including the phone and any internal holder or spacer. Very thick phones or cases might not fit.

What is included in the box?

Troubleshooting

Phone is difficult to insert or remove.

Ensure the silicone holder is correctly positioned and try adjusting the phone's placement within the holder. For removal, ensure the zip is fully open.

Touch screen is unresponsive through the window.

Check for any moisture or debris on the inside or outside of the viewing window. Ensure the phone's screen protector is compatible with touch input through a protective layer.

Case does not securely attach to the CLIQR mount.

Verify that both the case and the mount's connection points are clean and free from obstruction. Ensure the dual-locking mechanism is fully engaged until it clicks.

Charging cable does not fit the port.

Confirm you are using a standard USB charging cable. The port is designed for typical cable sizes; unusually large connectors may not fit.
