Yes, all five pots in the 10-piece set include their own matching lids.
While the stainless steel is durable, hand washing is highly recommended to protect the gold-tone finish of the handles from fading or scratching.
The set is made of high-quality stainless steel, but verify that your specific induction cooktop is compatible with magnetic-base stainless steel cookware.
The largest piece is the deep 24cm casserole, which has a 6.2L capacity.
As with any stainless steel cookware, the handles can become hot during extended stove-top use; it is advised to use oven mitts or heat-resistant handle covers.
Small white spots or rainbow-colored stains are usually mineral deposits from water; these can be removed by boiling a mixture of water and vinegar in the pot.
Ensure the pan is preheated sufficiently before adding oil. Use a medium heat setting to prevent burning, which is the most common cause of sticking in stainless steel.
Before initial use, wash each piece with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. Dry immediately to prevent water spots on the polished steel. These pots are compatible with standard stovetops, though care should be taken to center the base over the burner to avoid direct flame contact with the handles. To maintain the gold aesthetic, avoid using steel wool or harsh chemical cleaners. Instead, use a soft cloth or a non-abrasive sponge. If stuck-on food occurs, soak in warm water before cleaning to avoid scratching the polished exterior.
