Troubleshooting

Product does not dispense easily

Ensure the cap is properly secured and not overtightened. If the nozzle appears blocked, try gently pressing the sides of the cap.

Hands feel sticky after use

You may have used too much product. Dispense a smaller amount and rub your hands together thoroughly until dry. Ensure the product is fully evaporated before touching surfaces.

Skin feels dry after use

While formulated with moisturizers, excessive use of any alcohol-based sanitizer can cause dryness. Ensure you are using the correct amount and allow the aloe vera to moisturize. Consider using a separate hand lotion when not needing immediate sanitization.
