Troubleshooting
Cacoon is not hanging level
Adjust the rope length on one side of the carabiner to compensate for unevenness. Ensure the hanging point itself is stable and centered.
Fabric seems damp or has a musty smell
Ensure the Cacoon is fully dry before storage. If it has been left damp, hang it in a dry, well-ventilated area to air out completely. Regular cleaning can prevent this.
Carabiner is difficult to clip or unclip
Check for any debris or obstructions in the carabiner gate. Clean and lubricate if necessary.
Concern about stability with two people
Confirm the weight limit of 200 kg (440 lb) is not exceeded. Ensure the hanging point is structurally sound and the rope is securely fastened.
