Add year-round interest to your garden with Cornus amomum ‘Blue Cloud’, a striking deciduous shrub with vibrant purple-red stems and fresh green foliage. In early spring, elegant white arching blooms appear, bringing a touch of brightness to borders and cottage gardens. As autumn approaches, the leaves turn warm shades of orange and red, followed by clusters of decorative blue berries, providing seasonal colour and texture. This low-maintenance shrub thrives in a variety of soils and adapts to full sun or partial shade. Ideal for borders, cottage gardens, and mixed plantings, ‘Blue Cloud’ delivers dramatic year-round impact with minimal effort. Regular pollarding in early spring promotes colourful stems and a healthy, vigorous shrub, making it a perfect choice for gardeners seeking both beauty and reliability.
