Full details

The LUNO FASHION LIMITED 6 Wheel Folding Insulated Shopping Trolley is designed for urban dwellers, elderly shoppers, and anyone needing to transport heavy loads without the physical strain. Its primary advantage is the specialized stair-climbing wheel system and insulated storage, which simplifies grocery trips and travel; however, potential users should note that while it is robust, it is intended primarily for manual transport and may not handle extremely heavy industrial-grade loads.

FAQs

Can I remove the bag from the frame?

Yes, the bag is removable, allowing you to use the frame as a stand-alone dolly for heavy items.

What are the dimensions of the trolley?

The total frame height is 91cm, and the bag measures 32cm (L) x 54cm (H) x 18cm (D).

Is the fabric machine washable?

No, it is recommended to wipe the bag clean with a damp cloth to preserve the insulation and water-repellent properties.

Does it work on spiral staircases?

The wheel system is designed for standard, straight staircases and may not navigate extremely tight spiral steps effectively.

How much weight can it hold?

While it is robust, it is designed for standard shopping loads; avoid overloading it with excessive weight to ensure longevity.

Troubleshooting

Trolley feels unstable during movement

Ensure that the load is balanced evenly in the bag or on the base and check that all wheels are securely clicked into their housings.

Wheels are not rotating smoothly

Check for debris or dirt caught in the wheel axle and wipe the area clean with a dry cloth.

Frame is difficult to fold

Ensure the metal buckle is fully released and no items are obstructing the folding hinges.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Effortless navigation of stairs and curbs
Thermal lining keeps groceries at the right temperature
Removable bag allows for use as a utility dolly
Compact flat-folding frame for easy storage
Water-repellent construction for added durability

Cons

Not intended for extreme off-road terrain
Maximum capacity is limited to 31 litres
Requires manual assembly of wheels upon arrival

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is straightforward, primarily involving snapping the wheels into the locking mechanism on the frame. To maintain the trolley, wipe the metal frame and fabric bag with a damp cloth; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may degrade the water-repellent coating. When not in use, release the metal buckle to collapse the frame, ensuring the bag is empty to maximize the fold profile. Always store the unit in a dry, shaded area to prolong the life of the fabric lining.
