Ensure you are not exceeding the 250-sheet capacity limit, which can stretch the material and the elastic bands.
As it is made of natural card, minor edge wear is normal. Avoid sliding the folder into tightly packed, sharp-edged storage areas.
This folder is ready to use straight out of the packaging. Simply open the folder, place your A4 documents inside, and secure the flaps by pulling the elastic bands over the corners. To ensure longevity, keep the folder in a cool, dry area away from direct moisture, as the card material can be affected by water. If the folder becomes dusty, wipe it gently with a dry, lint-free cloth. To maintain the elasticity of the bands, avoid overstuffing beyond the 250-sheet limit, which can cause unnecessary tension on the fastener points.
