FAQs

What are the exact dimensions of each piece in the set?

The set includes: 2 x 3 Seater Sofas (166W x 73D x 78H cm); 2 x Fully Assembled Stools (40L x 40W x 36H cm); 2 x Side Coffee Tables (68L x 68W x 59H cm); 1 x PC Adjustable Dining Table (140L x 83W x 47.5/70H cm).

Is the table height easily adjustable?

Yes, the dining table smoothly transitions between a low coffee table height of 47.5cm and a dining height of 70cm.

Are the cushions waterproof?

While the cushion fabric is designed to be resilient, it is recommended to store cushions indoors during heavy rain or for extended periods to prevent waterlogging and prolong their lifespan.

What is the material of the furniture frame?

The entire frame is expertly crafted from high-quality alloy aluminum with a durable dark grey powder coat finish.

Does the delivery include bringing the furniture inside?

No, this item is for kerbside delivery only. The carrier will deliver to the curb at your address and cannot bring items inside your home.

How should I clean the aluminum frame?

Clean the aluminum frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to maintain the powder coat finish.

Troubleshooting

Table height adjustment is stiff.

Ensure there are no obstructions around the table mechanism. Gently apply even pressure. If stiffness persists, check for any debris that might be hindering movement.

Cushions appear to be waterlogged.

Allow cushions to air dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area, preferably in direct sunlight. Ensure cushion covers are clean and free from tears that could allow water ingress.

Minor scratches on the powder coat finish.

For minor superficial scratches, consider using a matching grey touch-up paint designed for outdoor furniture. Avoid using abrasive materials that could worsen the scratch.

Set feels unstable on uneven ground.

Ensure the furniture is placed on a completely flat and stable surface. Check that all legs are firmly in contact with the ground and that all screws/bolts are tightened.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: While the stools come fully assembled, some assembly may be required for the tables and sofas. Please refer to the included instruction manual for detailed steps. Ensure all connections are secure before use.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use on flat, stable surfaces such as patios, decking, or well-maintained lawns. Ensure you have adequate space for the entire configuration as specified by the dimensions.

Care: To maintain the appearance and longevity of your furniture, clean the aluminum frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. The cushion covers are typically spot cleanable; refer to care labels for specific instructions. Store cushions indoors during inclement weather or prolonged periods of non-use to prolong their life.
