FAQs

How do I prep my eyelids before using the palette?

Apply an eyeshadow primer to create a smooth base and enhance the color payoff and longevity of the eyeshadows. If primer isn't available, a touch of concealer will work.

What kind of brushes should I use?

Use a mix of brushes: a flat brush for applying colors to the lid, a fluffy brush for blending, and a detail brush for precision work.

How long do the eyeshadows last?

With proper application and a primer, the eyeshadows can last all day. Setting powder helps lock in the look.

Can I use this palette if I have sensitive eyes?

The palette is made to be used by everyone. However, if you have sensitive eyes, perform a patch test first.

How do I remove the eyeshadow?

Use a makeup remover or cleansing oil to gently remove the eyeshadow.

How should I store the palette?

Store the palette in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Colors appear patchy or uneven.

Ensure you're using a light hand when applying and blending the eyeshadows. Use a clean brush for each shade. Apply an eyeshadow primer to create a smooth base and increase color payoff.

Metallic shades don't appear as vibrant.

Apply the metallic shades with a patting motion rather than sweeping. Use a damp brush to intensify the metallic effect.
