Product Information
Full details
This is a detailed model kit in 1:56 scale of the French "Char de Bataille" B1, the main battle tank used by the French army during the Second World War. The original design was conceived in the mid-1920s and deployed to units in the mid-1930s. The "bis" version was improved to enhance performance and operational capability. It was armed with a 47mm turret cannon and a 75mm howitzer in the front casemate. While generally a good tank for its period, the Char B1 bis was primarily used for infantry support. The high-quality kit from Italeri requires self-assembly, with step-by-step or illustrated instructions included (English language not guaranteed). The parts can be painted according to your own ideas. Tools, glue, and paints are not included.
