Product Information
Full details
The Waterside 12 Piece Dinner Set is designed for homeowners and hosts who appreciate a clean, modern aesthetic in their dining room. Its primary benefit is the versatile, minimalist square design that elevates everyday meals while remaining suitable for formal gatherings. The main caveat is that the square edges may require more careful handling and dishwasher stacking space compared to traditional round dinnerware.

FAQs
Is the set lead and cadmium free?

Are these plates stackable?
Yes, the square plates are designed to nest securely, though ensure they are stacked straight to prevent wobbling.
Can these be used in a conventional oven?
The set is microwave safe, but it is not recommended for use in a conventional oven or broiler.
What are the dimensions of the plates?
The set follows standard industry sizing for 12-piece dinnerware, suitable for typical dinner plate portions.
Does the white finish yellow over time?
No, the glossy finish is durable and resistant to discoloration under normal kitchen conditions.
Can I buy replacement pieces?
This set is sold as a complete 12-piece unit; individual replacements may not be available separately.
Troubleshooting
Water spots after dishwashing
Use a rinse aid in your dishwasher or hand-dry the plates with a soft microfiber cloth immediately after the cycle ends.
Stubborn food residue in corners
Soak the plate in warm water for 10 minutes before washing; use a soft nylon brush to reach into the square corners.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Modern square design adds a contemporary aesthetic to any table
- Neutral white color matches virtually any interior style
- Highly functional for both microwave and dishwasher use
- Complete set covers all basic dining needs for four people
Cons
- Square corners may be more prone to chipping if knocked against hard surfaces
- May occupy more horizontal space in standard dishwasher racks than round plates
- Limited to one color option for those preferring patterns or textures
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon unboxing, wash all pieces with warm, soapy water to remove any factory residue.
Compatibility: The set is fully compatible with standard household microwaves and dishwashers.
Care Instructions:
- Avoid using abrasive scouring pads or harsh metal sponges, as these may scratch the glossy finish over time.
- When loading the dishwasher, ensure square corners are not positioned where they could be struck by the spray arm.
- While durable, handle with care to avoid edge impacts which are common with square-profile ceramics.
