FAQs

How do I clean the wooden panels?

Wipe the wooden panels with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, use a mild soap solution and then wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Always dry thoroughly.

Can I add more panels to the play den?

Yes, the Safetots Wooden Play Den is modular. You can purchase additional panels separately to expand the size and configuration of your play area.

What are the dimensions of a single panel?

Each wooden panel stands 76 cm high. The gate panel is 80 cm wide.

Is the play mat included in all sets?

Yes, each Safetots Wooden Play Den set comes with a soft foam play mat designed to fit within the den's configured area.

What age is this play den suitable for?

The play den is suitable for infants and toddlers who are beginning to move independently, up to the age when they no longer require a contained play space.

Does the gate lock automatically?

The gate features a child-proof locking mechanism that requires adult operation to open, but it does not lock automatically without intervention.

Troubleshooting

Panels do not connect securely.

Ensure the connectors on each panel are properly aligned and fully engaged. Check for any debris obstructing the connection points.

Gate does not latch properly.

Verify that the gate is fully closed and the locking mechanism is engaged correctly. Ensure no obstructions are preventing the latch from securing.

Play den feels unstable.

Confirm that all panels are securely interlocked and that the den is placed on a level surface. For larger configurations, ensure the shape provides adequate stability.

Foam mat has persistent creases.

Allow the mat to lay flat in a warm room for several hours. The creases should naturally diminish.
