The SmartBox Brown Lidded Cartons offer a simple and effective way to secure your shipments, with the key benefit of easy assembly and included lids for immediate transit readiness. FAQs
What are the external dimensions of the carton?
The internal dimensions are 305 x 215 x 150mm. External dimensions will be slightly larger due to the thickness of the cardboard.
How are these cartons delivered?
The cartons are delivered flat-packed for easy storage and handling.
Are these cartons suitable for international shipping?
Yes, they are suitable for standard domestic and international shipping, provided they meet the specific size and weight regulations of the chosen carrier.
Can I reuse these cartons?
While they can be reused if undamaged, the structural integrity may be compromised after initial use and transit. For critical shipments, new cartons are recommended.
What is the weight capacity of these cartons?
The product description does not specify a maximum weight capacity. They are designed for documents, catalogues, and bulkier items up to A4 size, implying moderate weight suitability. For heavy items, additional reinforcement or a heavier-duty box may be necessary.
How many cartons are in a pack?
Each pack contains 10 cartons.
Troubleshooting
Carton does not hold its shape well.
Ensure all creases are folded sharply and that the bottom flaps are securely interlocked or taped. Check if the carton is overloaded beyond its intended capacity.
Lid does not close securely.
Verify that items inside are not packed too high, preventing the lid from closing flat. Ensure the lid itself is folded correctly along its creases.
Carton feels weak or flimsy.
Confirm that you are using the correct carton for the weight and type of item. For heavier items, consider adding internal padding or using a stronger box type.
