The SIP FX300 Welding Fume Extractor is a powerful and mobile solution designed to capture high-level concentrations of welding fume pollutants. Suitable for use in large fabrication workshops, welding stations, and automotive settings. Featuring a 3-stage H13 filtration system and a 2-meter flexible arm suction hose, the FX300 filters 99.97% of sparks, spatter, and dust, as well as harmful fumes and gases, supporting HSE requirements. It has a high max. suction rate of 2500m³/hr using a powerful 1.5kW brushless induction motor for reliable performance and low maintenance. It features a 2mtr flexible arm suction hose for efficient fume capture, lockable castors for easy mobility, and a small footprint for workspace conservation. The system includes a 3-stage filtration system including a multi-layer spark arrestor, a high-efficiency particulate air (H13) filter, and an activated carbon cotton filter. It also has an illuminated control panel with a compliant isolator switch, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) features for safety during maintenance. Replacement filters and multi-layer spark arrestor are available. Replacing them will maximise the performance and working life of the machine.
