Troubleshooting
Tray surface feels less grippy
Clean the surface with a mild detergent and soft brush to remove grease or food residue build-up.
Water spots visible on black finish
Wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth after the dishwashing cycle while the tray is still slightly warm.
Trays are stuck together
Ensure they are stacked correctly using the stacking lugs and that they are not stored while wet, which creates a suction effect.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No assembly is required for the Cambro Camtread tray. For maintenance, these trays are fully compatible with standard commercial dishwashers. To preserve the longevity of the non-skid rubber surface, avoid using abrasive steel wool pads or harsh industrial degreasers that may weaken the bond between the rubber and the fiberglass core. When storing, utilize the stacking lugs to maintain air circulation, which prevents moisture buildup and mold growth. Ensure trays are completely dry before nesting them for long-term storage to maintain the structural integrity of the base.
