FAQs
Does the vanity come pre-assembled?
The unit typically arrives in flat-pack form or requires assembly. Please verify specific shipping details in your order documents.
Is the faucet included with the basin?
No, the faucet and waste trap must be purchased separately to match your existing plumbing and aesthetic preference.
Can this be installed on a dry-wall?
Yes, provided the drywall is backed by timber studs or additional structural reinforcement to support the weight of the vanity and basin.
What is the weight capacity of the drawers?
The drawers are designed for typical bathroom supplies; avoid placing excessively heavy items to ensure the long-term functionality of the soft-close glides.
How do I clean the gold-toned handles?
Use a soft, dry cloth to polish them. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they can strip the gold-toned finish.
Is the basin material scratch-resistant?
The ceramic basin is highly resistant to standard household scratches, but avoid using abrasive scouring pads or metal scrapers.
Troubleshooting
Drawer feels slightly misaligned
Adjust the mounting screws on the drawer runners to level the drawer face within the cabinet frame.
Water pooling on the countertop
Check that the basin is properly sealed to the wall using sanitary silicone to prevent water seepage behind the vanity.
Drawers closing too slowly or sticking
Ensure the drawer slide tracks are free of dust or debris and check that the weight distribution inside the drawer is even.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation
- Wall Integrity: Ensure the mounting wall is load-bearing or reinforced with appropriate backing before installation.
- Plumbing: This unit is compatible with standard basin plumbing. Always use a professional plumber to ensure the waste trap and water supply connections are watertight.
- Leveling: Use a spirit level during installation to ensure the basin sits perfectly flat on the vanity base.
Care Instructions
- Surface Care: Use only a soft, damp cloth with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads that could scratch the melamine finish.
- Hardware Maintenance: Wipe the gold handles with a dry microfiber cloth to prevent fingerprints and maintain their shine.
- Basin Care: Clean the ceramic basin regularly to prevent lime scale buildup; ceramic surfaces are generally resistant to most standard bathroom cleansers.
