Chime sound seems muffled or faint
Ensure the toy is not damp from cleaning and that no external items are obstructing the internal component. Shake firmly to ensure the chime mechanism is free.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no assembly required; the toy is ready for use immediately after removing the packaging. Regarding compatibility, this toy is suitable for newborns and infants who are beginning to show interest in objects. To maintain the hygiene of the plush, use a clean, damp cloth to spot-clean any spills or dirt. Avoid soaking the item in a basin, as this may damage the internal chime mechanism and prevent it from drying thoroughly.
