Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the surfaces to be sealed or bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose material.
- Cut the nozzle tip to the desired bead size.
- Fit the tube into a standard sealant applicator gun.
- Apply the sealant evenly to the joint or surface.
Compatibility:
This sealant is compatible with a wide range of common construction materials including concrete, brickwork, plaster, wood, metal, and many plastics. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first if unsure about a specific material.
Care:
- Store unused tubes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- To reseal a partially used tube, remove any excess sealant from the nozzle and cap tightly.
- Clean up any excess uncured sealant immediately with a damp cloth. Cured sealant may require mechanical removal.
