Troubleshooting
Fabric feels restrictive after long wear
Ensure you are wearing the correct size; compression fabric should feel snug but not restrict circulation.
Moisture is not wicking as expected
Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and interfere with the Moisture Movement Technology.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent moisture-wicking capabilities
- Compression fit provides consistent shape retention
- Convenient dedicated phone pocket
- Designed specifically for equestrian comfort
Cons
- Material feel may not suit those who prefer natural fibers
- Limited to adult sizing
- Design is optimized for riding, which may feel tight for casual wear
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Ariat Tek Tights, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle to preserve the integrity of the compression fibers.
- Drying: Air dry whenever possible. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, as excessive heat can degrade the fabric's moisture-wicking properties and elasticity.
- Compatibility: These tights pair well with standard tall boots or half chaps. Because they are form-fitting, ensure that your footwear is properly fitted to avoid friction.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading of the North Atlantic blue fabric.
