You are likely holding the can too close to the surface or applying the coats too heavily. Increase the distance to 20-25cm and apply thinner, lighter coats.

This often occurs if the paint is sprayed from too far away or in excessively warm conditions, causing the paint to dry before hitting the surface. Move closer and ensure environmental conditions are stable.
