Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The planter is ready for use immediately. If you intend to plant live specimens, it is recommended to drill drainage holes in the base. Use a standard drill bit suitable for plastic or composite materials. Mark the desired locations and drill slowly to avoid excessive heat buildup. Ensure the planter is stable before drilling.
Compatibility: This planter is suitable for a wide range of plants, including shrubs, decorative flowers, herbs, and small trees. It is compatible with all standard potting soils and composts. Its robust design makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, though outdoor use is its primary design intent.
Care: The Trifibre Hardwick planter is designed to be maintenance-free. To clean, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these could scratch the surface. Its frost-proof and UV-resistant properties mean it requires no special winter protection or seasonal treatment.
