Troubleshooting
Hook feels loose after installation
Check that the screw is fully tightened and ensure you are using an anchor appropriate for the specific wall type.

Surface marks on wall
The integrated rubber pad is designed to prevent this; if marks appear, ensure the hook is not being subjected to excessive downward leverage.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, ensure your wall surface is clean and level. Given the rubber padding on the back, the hooks will naturally compensate for minor surface imperfections. Use appropriate screws and anchors for your specific wall material (such as drywall, wood, or brick). For maintenance, simply wipe the hooks with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or water spots. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the black finish over time.
