The Mitre Training Football Kick Trainer is designed for developing youth and amateur footballers who want to master their touch, control, and ball-striking technique through repetitive individual practice. By securing the ball to a tethered cord, it allows for high-repetition drills without the need to constantly retrieve the ball, though users should note that the football itself is not included in the package and must be purchased separately.

Keep the cord clean of mud and debris and avoid overstretching it beyond its intended capacity.
Ensure the harness straps are pulled taut and fastened securely according to the size of the football used.
Avoid sharp, erratic movements and ensure the cord is fully unwound before starting your practice session.
To set up the trainer, simply insert your chosen size 3, 4, or 5 football into the provided harness and secure the fasteners tightly. Ensure the tether length is adjusted to suit the player's height and the intended drill. Regarding care, store the product in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the elasticity of the cord. After training sessions, wipe the harness with a damp cloth if it becomes dirty and ensure it is fully dry before storing to prevent material degradation.
