Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup and Application
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, free from dust, grease, and loose material. While it adheres to damp surfaces, excessively wet or standing water should be removed. For best results, surfaces should be sound and well-prepared.
- Cut Nozzle: Cut the nozzle at an angle to achieve the desired bead size.
- Apply Adhesive: Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces in continuous beads or dots. For larger items, apply multiple parallel beads. Ensure sufficient coverage.
- Press Firmly: Bring the two surfaces together immediately and press firmly across the entire bonding area. A strong initial bond will form quickly.
- Curing: Allow adequate time for the adhesive to fully cure and achieve maximum strength. While initial grab is fast, full strength develops over time.
- Application Temperature: Apply only when the ambient temperature is between +4°C and +40°C.
