The 5 Star Office Sign Here Index Flags are professional-grade document markers designed for administrative assistants, legal professionals, and office managers who need to expedite the signature process. These flags offer the key benefit of clear, pre-printed instruction on a transparent background, ensuring documents remain readable while highlighting specific areas for action. The primary caveat is that while they are repositionable, excessive handling may eventually weaken the adhesive bond, making them best suited for standard document processing rather than long-term archival use.

While the surface is film-based, they are designed primarily for marking signatures rather than for use as note-taking tabs.
The adhesive is water-based and designed to be non-destructive, but it is always recommended to test on an inconspicuous corner of sensitive documents.
Each pad contains 40 individual sheets.
While they will stick, they are optimized for standard office paper and may be more difficult to remove cleanly from coated or glossy surfaces.
The flags measure 46mm by 25mm.
The flags use a water-based adhesive, which is generally cleaner than solvent-based alternatives, and the packaging is made from standard cardboard.
Ensure the document surface is free of dust or oils and press firmly along the adhesive strip when applying.
Gently peel the flag back slowly at a 45-degree angle rather than pulling it vertically to ensure a clean release.
Ensure you are pulling from the designated opening in the wraparound cover to prevent multiple flags from sticking together.
To ensure the best performance, peel the flag carefully from the protective cardboard dispenser to maintain the adhesive integrity. Apply the flag to dry, clean surfaces; avoid using them on documents that have been freshly printed with high-moisture ink, as this can affect the adhesive bond. The flags are compatible with standard printer paper, cardstock, and document envelopes. For long-term care, keep the protective wraparound cover closed when not in use to protect the flags from dust, moisture, and debris, which can reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive over time.
