FAQs
Do I need to unwrap the tablet?
No, the wrapper is made of water-soluble material and will dissolve automatically during the wash cycle.
Are these safe for silver?
Yes, the formula is designed to protect delicate items like silverware and glass from corrosion.
Can I use these for short wash cycles?
While effective, tablets may not have enough time to dissolve fully in very short cycles; we recommend using them in standard or long-cycle programs.
How should I store the tablets?
Store in a cool, dry place and always keep the pouch tightly sealed to protect the tablets from moisture.
Are these tablets compatible with all dishwashers?
They are designed for use in all major dishwasher brands, including Bosch and Beko, but always check your machine's manual.
Troubleshooting
Tablet leaves residue in the dispenser
Ensure the dispenser is completely dry before inserting the tablet and check that no large items are blocking the dispenser door from opening fully.
Dishes appear cloudy
This may be due to water hardness; ensure your dishwasher's salt reservoir is filled and consider adding a dedicated rinse aid for extra shine.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To use these tablets, simply ensure your dishwasher's detergent dispenser is clean and dry. Place one tablet into the dispenser and close it securely. These tablets are compatible with almost all modern dishwashers, including those manufactured by Bosch and Beko. For maintenance, keep the pack sealed in a dry cupboard away from direct sunlight or moisture. Ensure the salt reservoir in your dishwasher is topped up regularly to maximize the efficacy of the tablet's cleaning agents.
