FAQs

How do I prepare the formula?

Wash hands, sterilize bottles, boil fresh water, cool for 30 minutes, measure the water, add the formula, and shake well. Always follow the instructions on the tin.

Can I use this formula with other formulas?

It is best to consult with your pediatrician before mixing different formulas to ensure it is appropriate for your baby's needs.

What if my baby doesn't like the taste?

It may take some time for your baby to adjust. Try offering the formula at different times and in small amounts. However, if they consistently refuse, consult with your pediatrician.

How long can I store a prepared bottle?

Any prepared formula should be used immediately and any leftover formula should be discarded within one hour.

What teat size should I use?

Due to the thickened formula, you may need a teat with a larger hole to allow the formula to flow more easily. Observe your baby while feeding.

Is this formula suitable for premature babies?

This formula is designed for babies requiring special medical purposes; however, always consult your pediatrician before use, especially with premature babies.

Can I use this formula if my baby has allergies?

Consult your pediatrician or a healthcare professional if your baby has known allergies or intolerances, or a family history of allergies.

What is the shelf life of the unopened tin?

The shelf life is indicated on the tin. Once opened, the formula should be used within four weeks.

Troubleshooting

Baby is constipated.

Ensure you are following the preparation instructions exactly. Consult your doctor if the problem persists.

Baby is still experiencing reflux.

Consult your pediatrician, as the formula may not be sufficient for your baby's needs. Further medical advice may be required.

Difficulty in feeding.

Check the teat size; a larger hole may be needed. Ensure the formula is mixed correctly and isn't too thick.
