Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation should be performed using appropriate wall anchors suitable for your specific wall type (drywall, masonry, or studs). Ensure the board is mounted level to avoid discomfort during long writing sessions. For care, use only high-quality drywipe markers to avoid permanent staining. Clean the surface at least once a week using a dedicated whiteboard cleaning spray and a microfiber cloth; avoid using abrasive scrubbers or household chemicals like bleach, as these can damage the lacquered coating. Always clear off old ink before the end of the day to prevent 'ghosting' or ink residue build-up.
