Troubleshooting

Toilet is leaking.

Check the connections between the cistern and the pan, and between the water supply and the cistern. Tighten any loose connections and replace any worn-out washers or seals. If the leak persists, consider replacing the fill valve or flush valve.

Toilet is not flushing properly.

Check the water level in the cistern. If the water level is too low, adjust the float valve. If the flush is weak, check for blockages in the jets or the drainpipe. Clean or remove any obstructions.

Soft-close seat is not working.

Check the hinges for any obstructions. Ensure the seat is aligned correctly with the toilet bowl. If the seat is damaged, consider replacing it.

Dual flush not functioning correctly.

Check the push button mechanism. If it is sticking, clean or replace it. Check the seals within the flush valve for wear and tear and replace if needed.
