FAQs

Can the shoulder strap be adjusted to different lengths?

Yes, the shoulder strap is fully adjustable up to approximately 54 cm to suit various heights and preferences.

Is the bag made of genuine leather?

No, the Guess Meridian II is crafted from durable, high-quality faux leather.

Does the removable pouch attach to the bag?

The pouch is designed as an internal organizational accessory and can be removed entirely to maximize the main compartment space.

Can I fit a standard tablet inside?

The bag measures 26 x 21 cm; it may accommodate very small tablets, but it is primarily designed for personal daily essentials rather than large electronics.

How do I attach or detach the logo charm?

The logo charm is typically attached via a lobster claw clasp, which can be unclipped from the main hardware ring on the bag.

Troubleshooting

Magnetic snap is not staying closed

Check to ensure that items inside the bag are not over-stuffing the compartment, preventing the magnets from meeting.

Shoulder strap clips sticking

Apply a tiny amount of silicone-based lubricant to the spring mechanism of the clip to ensure smooth operation.

Scuff marks on the faux leather

Gently buff the area with a slightly damp microfiber cloth or a dedicated mild faux leather conditioner.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Versatile carrying options between handle and shoulder strap
Secure closure system keeps items protected
Includes a removable interior pouch for better organization
Durable, high-quality faux leather finish
Compact and lightweight for comfortable all-day use

Cons

Structured shape limits the ability to carry bulky items
Faux leather requires specific care to prevent cracking
Handheld handle length is fixed and cannot be adjusted

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the bag, attach the shoulder strap using the integrated side clips if you prefer hands-free wear, or leave it detached for a cleaner handheld profile. The magnetic snap closure should be aligned carefully to ensure the bag seals correctly after each use.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: Wipe down the faux leather surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or alcohol-based solvents that can damage the grain finish.
Storage: Store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and material cracking.
Shape Maintenance: Keep the bag stuffed with acid-free tissue paper when not in use for extended periods to maintain its structured silhouette.
