Memory foam is heat-sensitive; allow it 24 to 48 hours to fully expand and soften from your body temperature.
When setting up your OHS mattress, ensure it is placed on a supportive, flat base, such as a slatted bed frame or box spring. For optimal care, rotate the mattress 180 degrees every three months to ensure even wear across the spring system. While the mattress is designed to be durable, avoid jumping on the surface to preserve the structural integrity of the internal springs. To keep the surface clean, consider using a breathable mattress protector, as the memory foam layer can be sensitive to moisture and spills. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners; if a spill occurs, spot-clean gently with a mild detergent and water, ensuring the area is completely dry before use.
