FAQs

What are the internal dimensions for package storage?

The interior storage capacity measures 16.14 x 12.2 x 17.72 inches.

Is the box waterproof?

The box is weather-resistant and features a powder-coated finish designed to withstand rain and prevent rust, though it should be placed in a relatively sheltered area if possible.

Can the box be mounted to concrete?

Yes, you can secure the box to concrete using the pre-punched holes with appropriate masonry anchors.

Does this require a key to open?

No, the unit uses a secure combination lock, eliminating the need for keys.

What is the total height of the unit?

The total height of the delivery box is 47.2 inches.

Troubleshooting

The combination lock is stiff or difficult to turn

Check for any debris inside the dial mechanism and ensure it is not misaligned; a light application of silicone-based lubricant may help.

The door does not stay closed securely

Verify that the magnetic catch is clean and aligned correctly with the door frame; clear any obstructions preventing a flush seal.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For optimal results, the VEVOR delivery box should be mounted on a level surface.

Placement: Choose a location near your entrance that is easily visible to delivery drivers but stable enough for mounting.
Installation: Utilize the pre-punched holes in the base or back to anchor the unit into wood, concrete, or metal using appropriate hardware for your surface type.
Combination Lock: Set your preferred security code immediately upon arrival and test the locking mechanism several times before finalizing installation.
Care: Clean the exterior periodically with a mild detergent and a damp cloth to remove salt, dirt, or debris. Because the finish is powder-coated, avoid using harsh abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the protective layer and expose the steel underneath.
