This Single Room Manifold is designed for use on small rooms or extensions. It is a compact bolt-on unit providing quick and simple installation. It provides mixed temperature water to underfloor heating systems with a heat output up to 3Kw and has an easy set-up with an adjustable temperature range. It controls flow temperatures to +/- 2°C even with fluctuating temperature and flow from the boiler. It is suitable for heating areas up to 20sqm. The single control pack is secured to a fixing bracket with anti-vibration mountings for silent operation and is designed for wall fixing. The built-in thermostatic blending valve allows you to adjust temperature to suit different floor structures. The unit has integral ball valves for connecting/isolating the primary heating system. The mixed water temperature can be adjusted to suit the design flow temperature within the range 35°C to 65°C. The control unit is supplied pre-assembled for quick connection to the flow and return piping and the hot and return water supplies to the boiler. Installation to the wall requires no additional supporting brackets as it comes on a mounting bracket. The performance of the blending valve should be checked on an annual basis and it can be cleaned very easily. The G1/2'' tappings are provided for use with any adaptors to connect pipes in different sizes like 15mm or 16mm, etc.
