FAQs
Is the mounting hardware included?
Yes, the product includes standard fittings for general use.
Can I install this on a tiled wall?
Yes, but ensure you use a diamond-tipped drill bit to avoid cracking your tiles during the installation process.
What are the dimensions of the backing plate?
The backing plate measures 47mm by 47mm square.
Will the matt black finish rust?
The holder is made from lacquered steel. While durable, it is best to avoid leaving standing water on the surface for extended periods to maintain the finish.

Troubleshooting
The holder feels loose or wobbles after installation.
Check if the grub screw on the underside of the backing plate is tightened securely and verify that the mounting wall plugs are the correct size for your wall type.
The finish shows water spots or soap residue.
Gently clean the surface with a soft microfiber cloth and a mild soap solution, then immediately dry it to prevent mineral buildup.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation of the Euroshowers Square Toilet Paper Holder involves basic wall mounting. Ensure you have a level and drill ready for the installation.
- Use the backing plate as a template to mark your drill holes.
- Verify your wall material; if mounting into hollow plasterboard, you may need toggle bolts, whereas solid brick or wood may require standard screws and plugs.
- Secure the plate firmly to the wall and attach the holder arm.
For care, wipe the holder down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can scratch or degrade the matt black lacquered finish over time. Regular dusting will keep the matt finish looking uniform.
