Troubleshooting
Fading colour on the frame
Ensure the furniture is not constantly exposed to direct, harsh sunlight. Apply a protective cover when not in use. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water can help maintain the finish.
Stains on the sintered stone tabletop
For fresh spills, wipe immediately with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild detergent or a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing pads that could damage the surface.
Cushion discolouration or mildew
Clean cushions with mild detergent and water, ensuring they are thoroughly dried before use or storage. Store cushions indoors during wet or cold weather, especially over winter, to prevent moisture buildup and mildew.
